Message: To the family of Neil Elliott. I want to express my heartfelt sincerity for the passing of Neil. He was a wonderful friend to my father, Kenneth Erskine. They both had many years working together at the station and I can remember to this day, when I would visit my father at work, occasionally Neil would be there as well. He was always friendly to my mother as well and kept tabs on her after dad passed away in 1980. Something I will always remember, around the mid 1960's, I somehow acquired a duck (just showed up one day) and dad talked me into taking it out to your house north of the highway and allowing the duck to go free in the ditch that ran from the lake. For quite some time, Neil had spun stories of seeing this duck living happy and free and getting as fat as can be. Never mind it was close to hunting season. Please know I will be thinking of you during this time.
