Obituary for Jack Wayne Sizemore Jr.

Jack Wayne Sizemore, Jr., 38, died Wednesday, May 23, 2018 in Plainview, Texas. He was born February 26, 1980 in Sheboygan, Wisconsin the son of Jack Wayne Sizemore, Sr. & Sheila Lynn (Long) Sizemore.
Jack lived with his family in various places before moving to Southwest Kansas in 1985, where he lived in Garden City, Deerfield, and Holcomb. He attended Holcomb schools and graduated from Holcomb High School in 1998. He then moved to Greeley, Colorado in 2004. On March 11, 2006, he married Erin Marie Cunningham in Greeley, Colorado. They moved back to Holcomb in 2009 and have lived in Holcomb since. While in Colorado, Jack worked as an assistant manager at Magnum Materials in Ft. Collins. Since then, he has worked as an installation technician for Micro Industries. He enjoyed fishing, grilling, hanging out with his friends, watching Fox News, and was an avid Green Bay Packers fan.
Survivors include his wife Erin Sizemore of the home; two children Braxton David Sizemore and Shalynn Marie Sizemore both of the home; his father Jack Wayne Sizemore, Sr. of Garden City; a sister Melissa Sizemore of Garden City; his In-Laws David & Jeanne Cunningham of Lincoln, Nebraska; a sister-in-law Kelli Kastner of Needville, Texas; two nieces Kinsey Hoover and Aubrey Garcia; and a nephew Evan Gourley. Jack is preceded in death by his mother and a sister Amanda Hickman.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at the Garden City Church of the Nazarene in Garden City. A private family interment will take place at a later date. There will be no calling hours. The family suggests memorials given to the family for his children’s education in care of Garnand Funeral Home of Garden City.
