Obituary for Ezra Jane Rodriguez

Ezra Jane Rodriguez, 4 1/2 months, died Tuesday October 31, 2017 at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, She was born June 14, 2017 in Wichita, Kansas to Eric & Aganetta “Netta” (Harms) Rodriguez.

She loved snuggling with her stuffed bear and octopus. They comforted her during difficult times. Her expressive eyes cast many a sideways glance at caregivers and family. They were amazed and amused by her big personality in such a tiny infant. She blew tiny bubbles with her lips when she was bored. Her face lit up when her parents read “Wherever You Are, My Love Will Find You”. Although her time was brief she taught us lessons in patience, love, and great joy.

She is survived by her parents- Eric & Netta Rodriguez, the home, Siblings- Ethan & Grace Rodriguez of the home & Grandparents- Helena & George Harms & Delilah Rodriguez and numerous, aunts, uncles, and cousins

Funeral Service will be 2:00 pm Saturday November 4, 2017 at Garden Valley Church. Burial will follow at Valley View Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00-8:00 pm Friday November 3, 2017 at Garnand Funeral Home.. Memorials are suggested to the Ezra Rodriguez Memorial Fund in Care of Garnand Funeral Home. Condolences may be posted at garnandfuneralhomes.com.
